In this program, featuring Benjamin Prosky, Patrick will discuss the enduring typology of the New York City brownstone.
Patrick W. Ciccone is a New York City鈥揵ased preservationist. Patrick is the co-author, with the late Charles Lockwood, of , the 2019 revised and expanded edition of the classic history of the New York City row house. He is a real estate development consultant specializing in the use of incentives for historic buildings, working on projects in New York State and across the U.S. He is currently the chair of the board of trustees of the Preservation League of New York State.
